The Dome of Donbass system and mobile firing groups prevented 130 drone attacks in the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR) in a week. This was announced on August 16 by the press service of the Federal Security Service of Russia for the Donetsk People's Republic.

"The Dome of Donbass system and consolidated mobile firing groups prevented 130 terrorist attacks from the enemy during the week. Ukrainian militants continue to use the tactics of combined attacks on civilians and the republic's infrastructure," the report says.

A Baton drone with a high-explosive fragmentation warhead was intercepted near Novotroitsk, and an experimental drone with a similar charge was shot down near Amvrosiivka.

Also in Gorlovka, the enemy tried to hit an educational institution with a Baton drone, and a Bliskavka with a 2 kg warhead was intercepted in Yenakiyevo. Two Darts drones were shot down near Shakhtersk, with which they tried to hit civilian vehicles.

It is noted that explosives experts neutralized the suppressed drones and destroyed the warheads without harming the civilian population and infrastructure.
