Locksmith will be convicted for the deaths of three people from gas poisoning in the Tula region

In Bolokhovo (Tula region), a 52-year-old locksmith will be tried, who is accused of the deaths of three people. The victims were poisoned by carbon monoxide.

According to TSN24, from December 2024 to June 2025, the defendant was engaged in checking ventilation and smoke ducts in an apartment building on Gornyakov Street. A malfunction of the gas water heater occurred in one of the apartments, the concentration of carbon monoxide in the air was exceeded. On the night of June 23-24, a man and his two children, 17 and 19, died of poisoning.

The materials of the criminal case have been sent to the court.

In Chuvashia, five children were poisoned by carbon monoxide while visiting a sauna.
