Russia's external debt as of July 1 of this year amounted to $313.3 billion. This was announced on August 14 on the website of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation.
"As of July 1, 2026, the external debt of the Russian Federation amounted to $313.3 billion, having increased by $6.5 billion, or 2.1%, since the beginning of 2026," the statement said.
