Actress Anastasia Ovsyannikova, known as Nastya Kholod, and German producer Ludwig Kreacher have been given extended house arrest in the case of the production and distribution of pornography involving blogger Diana Shurygina. This was reported to Izvestia on August 13 in the Troitskiy District Court of Moscow.

According to investigators, Shurygina posted her explicit photos and videos on paid channels. At the same time, after the election of a preventive measure, the sale of access to the materials did not stop: Izvestia was convinced that on June 17 it could still be purchased for 4,850 rubles.

Shurygina gained fame in 2017 when she publicly accused a 21-year-old acquaintance of rape. In turn, the young man insisted on the voluntary nature of intimate relationships and claimed that he did not know about the real age of the 16-year-old girl. The court sentenced him to eight years in a high—security penal colony, but later the sentence was reduced - first to three years and three months, and then to a year and two months.

Shurygina's detention was previously extended until October 19. On June 16, the girl was charged with the illegal manufacture and trafficking of pornographic materials, committed by a group of people by prior agreement. Shurygina was placed under house arrest, but later she was sent to jail for violating the established conditions.
