A military expert spoke about the large losses of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the DPR

Mingalev noted that there are no highly qualified personnel in Ukraine, which were in 2022-2025. He also believes that it was the resignation of the former commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Alexander Syrsky, that facilitated the beginning of the defeat of the country's troops.
