The consolidation of the colloquial variant "waving" in dictionaries along with the literary norm "waving" does not mean that a similar practice will be applied to the word "lying". This was announced on August 12 by the press service of the <url> portal.

"If there is no prefix, the verb "put" should be used,— the TASS portal reports.

Despite the liberalization of a number of linguistic norms, the rules for "putting" and "putting", according to experts, remain unchanged. In the "Letter.<url>" noted that there are currently no prerequisites for their revision.

Researcher at the Gramota portal. On July 17, Yulia Kuznetsova reported that the form "mahayu", which was previously considered colloquial, was officially recognized as an equal option along with "mashu". According to her, this trend is reflected in the "Big Dictionary of Accents" of 2025, where "waving" and "waving" are now equal options.
