The scandalous question about the "murder of Russians" asked by a journalist of the German newspaper Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung (FAZ) reflects the dreams of the German authorities about the beginning of the "fourth Reich". This was announced on August 11 at the Russian Embassy in Washington.
