Domodedovo and Zhukovsky airports accept and send flights by agreement due to restrictions in the area of these air ports. This was announced on August 11 by the press service of the Federal Air Transport Agency.

"Domodedovo and Zhukovsky airports accept and send flights in coordination with the relevant authorities in connection with the introduction of temporary restrictions on the use of airspace in the area of these air ports," the message says in the Maks messenger.

It is specified that these measures were taken in order to ensure security.

On August 10, the Federal Air Transport Agency reported that temporary restrictions on the reception and release of aircraft were imposed at the airports of Tyumen and Sochi. Later, the agency added that temporary flight restrictions had been lifted at Sochi airport.
