Wink will present a film about journalist Andrey Dobrov at the ORIGINAL+DOCK Festival

The Wink online cinema will present the documentary "Moskvich and Other Muscovites" in the program of the IV International Festival of Documentary Content of the ORIGINAL+DOCK streaming platforms, which will be held on August 26-28 in Moscow. The tape is part of the "File cabinet. Writers. Stitching the country" and is dedicated to the professional path of journalist and writer Andrei Dobrov, the host of the analytical program "Dobrovefire" on the REN TV channel. The project was created with the support of the Institute for the Development of the Internet (ANO "IRI").

Andrey Dobrov: "I'm a journalist. And a journalist and a writer are of the same berry field. Chekhov was a journalist, Pushkin published the magazine Sovremennik, Tolstoy wrote reports from Sevastopol.… In the late 90s, I read a lot of historical detective stories with real characters and wanted to write a Russian series."

The end-to-end hero of Andrei Dobrov's books is Vladimir Gilyarovsky, a journalist and Moscow scholar, author of the famous memoirs "Moscow and Muscovites," so the film adaptation of book fragments by professional actors became an important part of the narrative. In these episodes, the viewer follows Gilyarovsky through the secret Moscow dungeons, where Fyodor Chaliapin descended in search of inspiration, and finds himself witnessing a dialogue between Princess Vera Vyazemskaya and Alexander Pushkin. The film featured the critic Sergey Syzgantsev and the philologist Alexey Varlamov, and the key characters were embodied by Sergey Galakhov (Gilyarovsky), Sergey Grebennikov (Pushkin), Artyom Nechepurenko (Chaliapin) and Daria Kolarzh (Vyazemskaya).

The premiere of the film "Moskvich and Other Muscovites" will take place at the ORIGINAL+DOCK festival and exclusively at the Wink online cinema. The painting will continue the cycle "File cabinet.
