Two renovated historic houses in St. Petersburg are being prepared for occupancy

Major repairs of two historic houses on Kamennoostrovsky Prospekt are being completed in St. Petersburg. Houses No. 24 lit. are being prepared for occupancy.B and No. 26-28 lit.V.

A full cycle of design and estimate documentation has been completed for them, and financing issues have been resolved. The remaining facilities are still under investigation, and the documents for them are not ready. They will be included in the overhaul plan as soon as they are ready and sufficiently funded.
