The Nazimovs' brother and sister were cremated in Bangkok.

The cremation ceremony of the bodies of Roman and Diana Nazimov's brother and sister, who were killed in Pattaya, took place in Bangkok. This was announced on August 6 by their mother Zarina Nazimova.

"I did it yesterday. In the family circle. In Bangkok. We spent them very beautifully. I thank the people who helped me organize all this. Thank you," she told RIA Novosti.

On the same day, the farewell ceremony for Roman and Diana took place. According to the decision of the relatives, the ceremony took place at the murder site, in a wooded area about 300 m from Highway 331 in the Huai Yai area.

Their relatives, Russians living in Thailand, local residents and members of the public came to say goodbye to the dead. The participants of the ceremony laid flowers at the place where the bodies were found.

The Nazimovs disappeared on July 26, after leaving their home in the early morning in an unknown direction. Surveillance cameras captured the moment when Diana and Roman were being chased by an unknown motorcyclist, and later they were spotted in the company of another man.

Two days later, their motorcycle was found, which, according to the Russian embassy staff, they tried to disassemble and hide. Two people were later detained in Thailand. They turned out to be Ai Suea Hoya and Ai Fanga, who could have helped two more intruders Ai Pong and Ai Tong. These two men were later also identified, and during interrogation they confessed that they had killed the Nazimovs. A total of five corpses were found in the place where they hid the bodies.

Thai Prime Minister Anuthin Chanvirakun apologized on August 1 after the murder in Pattaya. Before the performance, he personally arrived in the city where the tragedy occurred. On August 5, the Thai authorities completed investigative procedures in the murder case.
