In Kaspiysk, a 14-year-old teenager saved a young child from falling out of a window

In Kaspiysk, Dagestan, a 14-year-old teenager saved a young child from falling from an open window. The relevant footage appeared in local media on August 5.

It is specified that the incident occurred in one of the apartment buildings located on Akulinicheva Street. The young man, seeing that the baby was on the windowsill, selflessly climbed up to him on the second floor, dressed him and lowered him down from there.

The footage shows the child being held by an overjoyed father. The caring people standing nearby pushed a stepladder towards the young man in order to safely return to earth.

On February 26, the Commissioner for Children's Rights in the Moscow Region, Ksenia Mishonova, called for all windows to be equipped with blockers that will prevent minors from falling. According to her, the standard for windows needs to be developed and adopted in the same way as the law, in which parents will be required to equip openings with locks, regardless of the height of the floor.
