The prayer service was conducted by Bishop Sergius of Novorossiysk and Gelendzhik, who addressed the audience with words of support and consolation. In addition to local residents, representatives of the local Cossack village society and the municipal administration attended the ceremony.

The visitors laid flowers and toys, and also laid out the word "mourn" from candles. It is emphasized that condolences to the families and friends of the victims continue to come from all over Russia, and their pain is shared by the whole of Gelendzhik.
