Grigory Karasin, head of the Federation Council's International Affairs Committee, said that if Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky thinks that attacks on Russian civilians will remain unanswered, he is mistaken.

Karasin noted that the Russian Army's response to attacks by the Armed Forces of Ukraine is planned and powerful.
