According to him, recently there have been frequent calls to deploy the entire economy to meet the needs of the conflict, but the modern economy works differently. He explained that without a normal economy, there will be no taxes and incomes in peaceful life, and the political situation will become different, which will not allow success in the conflict. Sobyanin stressed that killing a normal economy means killing the country, and called such conversations worthless.

He added that they are led by people who do not understand the principles of modern economics and conflict management. The mayor noted that today the confrontation is being conducted on two fronts — directly on the line of contact and to maintain a healthy stable economy of the country, without which victory is impossible.
