About 30 houses will be demolished in Kurgan for the construction of a residential complex

About 30 private houses will be demolished in Kurgan for the construction of a new residential area. The integrated territorial development project will cover an area of 12.3 hectares.

We are talking about the area bounded by Sverdlov, Sorge and Pushkin streets near the Energetik Stadium Park. The complex construction will be completed within ten years, writes the news agency " <url>".

The future developer will have to demolish 13 houses on Lugovaya Street, nine on Krivolapova Street and six on Pushkin Street. In addition, the house on Kosoy Street will be demolished. In their place, high-rise and medium-rise buildings with shops, sports grounds, catering areas and cultural and leisure activities will be built.

In Murmansk, 50 houses are planned to be demolished by the end of 2026. After the demolition, a lawn will be planted on the territories so that they acquire a well-groomed appearance.
