On August 3, Soviet and Russian composer, People's Artist of Russia Igor Matvienko, in an interview with Izvestia, called sincere the song of the official representative of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia Irina Volk about her father.

Earlier that day, Volk released a song in memory of his father, the artist Vladimir Volk. She noted that the composition is dedicated to all dads. According to Volk, her father taught her to look forward boldly, to believe, to hope and to forgive, always remaining a reliable support for her. The song is already available on most music platforms.

"It's a very sincere and good song, written from the heart," Matvienko said.

On March 25, the Mikhail Bulgakov Museum in Moscow opened an exhibition of Vladimir Volk's works dedicated to the writer and his novel The Master and Margarita. The exhibition features paintings of the Wolf, which he painted after reading the book. Irina Volk told Izvestia that under the influence of the novel, her father created a series of works.
