A woman died while swimming in Primorsky Krai.

In Primorsky Krai, a 49-year-old woman drowned while swimming in Peter the Great Bay. The body of the deceased was handed over to the police.

The incident occurred on the evening of August 2 in Rudnevo Bay. According to the PrimaMedia news agency, the body of the deceased was pulled out of the water by eyewitnesses.

Since the beginning of the bathing season, six cases of deaths of children in reservoirs have been registered in the region. Tragedies occurred in Kirovsky and Khorolsky districts, Spassk-Dalny, Ussuriysk and Nakhodka.

On July 31, a nine-year-old child drowned in a pond in Elektrostal (Moscow region). He went into the water to catch the fallen ball.
