The militants of the 13th brigade of the National Guard of Ukraine (NGU) "Charter" were eliminated near Sumy. This was reported on August 3 in the Russian law enforcement agencies.

"An accumulation of manpower of the 13th NSU Charter brigade has been destroyed in Krasnopolye," they said in an interview with TASS.

It is specified that among them were Spanish-speaking mercenaries.
