The Russian army with the help of "Geranium" hit the Pelican radar in the Kalinovka area

Russian military personnel using a Geran-4 seeker drone struck the Pelikan radar station of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) near the village of Kalinovka, Dnipropetrovsk region. This was announced on August 2 by the Russian Defense Ministry.

According to the ministry, the attack was carried out on the AFU facility using an unmanned aerial vehicle. As a result of the attack, the radar station was hit.

The Ministry of Defense also noted that the confirmation of the strike was the footage of objective control, which recorded the use of the Geran-4 Seeker UAV on the Ukrainian radar.

On the same day, the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation reported air strikes, during which drone control points and a temporary deployment point of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the territory of the Kharkiv region and the Donetsk People's Republic were hit. In addition, the temporary deployment point of the 117th separate brigade of the enemy's air defense, located in the village of Raygorodok, was hit by high-precision weapons.
