The number of Moroccans killed trying to reach Ceuta has increased to 94. This was reported on August 2 by Cadena SER radio station, citing local authorities.

"The death toll from the migration crisis in Ceuta has increased to 94," the publication says.

It is specified that a newborn was found among the victims. Currently, employees of the Spanish Ministry of Justice are coordinating the work on the identification of the bodies and their subsequent transportation to their homeland.

Meanwhile, the head of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen, demanded that all migrants be sent back urgently and reminded that Europe should not allow entry into its territory by ignoring existing rules.
