NAC: the third person killed in the explosion at a restaurant in Moscow was a visitor to the institution

What happened

The detonation of an improvised explosive device occurred in one of the capital's restaurants on Kudrinskaya Square at 19:55. According to the NAC, an unknown woman tried to bring a shell into the institution, who died as a result of the incident.
