Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi warned the United States of the consequences of "adventurous actions" and declared the Iranian side's readiness to respond decisively in case of new attacks. This was announced on August 1 by the Press TV channel.

"Araqchi warned against any "adventurous actions" on the part of the United States, stressing Iran's full readiness to defend national sovereignty, territorial integrity and national security, as well as to respond decisively to any aggression," the Telegram channel said.

It is specified that the Foreign Minister held telephone conversations with Commander of the Pakistan Defense Forces Asim Munir and Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan to discuss the latest developments in the region.

On July 31, CBS News reported that the United States and Israel are planning a large-scale bombing campaign against energy infrastructure facilities in Iran, and strikes could be launched this weekend. It was clarified that the likely targets would be power plants and oil refineries.

Tasnim news agency, citing a senior official of the country's security service, reported on August 1 that Iran had prepared a large-scale response plan to possible attacks by the United States and Israel. The article emphasized that the Iranian armed forces have already demonstrated "both the ability and the will" for such a scenario.
