The Fesco Transport Group continues to operate normally after the incident with the Yanina vessel in the Black Sea. This was announced on Saturday, August 1, by the company's press service.
"In connection with the incident with the Yanina vessel in the Black Sea, Fesco Transport Group considers it necessary to inform that the group continues to operate normally and fulfills all obligations to customers and partners," the Telegram channel said in a statement.
The company stressed that the main priority remains ensuring the safety of navigation and crews, as well as respecting the interests of customers and partners.
The head of Rosatom, Alexei Likhachev, said earlier that day that the ship Yanina, owned by the Fesco transport company, sank at night after an attack by naval drones of the Armed Forces of Ukraine 130 miles from Novorossiysk. He clarified that all 17 crew members were rescued and are feeling well.
