Bilan talked about performing with a knee injury in Moscow
Honored Artist of Russia Dmitry Bilan performed a solo concert in Moscow on August 1 with a knee injury. The singer spent 2.5 hours on stage and performed complex staging elements, including flying over the arena and jumping from a height of over 40 m.
After the end of the show, the actor told the audience about his injury. According to Bilan, he came on stage with a dislocated knee and several injections, which helped to maintain a steady gait during the performance.
"Since my life is based on the truth, I will tell you that I am here with you with a dislocated knee, with a lot of injections in both knees so that my gait is even. <...> The most important thing is that you are happy and that everything is fine with you," the artist quotes TASS.
The singer noted that he deliberately did not report the injury until after the concert. According to him, he did not want to use the situation to attract attention and preferred to talk about what happened after the performance.
Ballerina Anastasia Volochkova announced on July 14 that she had been hospitalized after complications during recovery from leg surgery. According to the artist, after a quick return to performing and 25 concerts, she was faced with the formation of a hematoma and inflammation.
