Bailiffs began to forcibly collect fines totaling 8 million rubles from the TikTok platform. This is evidenced by the materials of the bailiff service and court documents, which were reviewed by RIA Novosti on July 31.

It is noted that two fines of 4 million rubles each are being levied from the platform, imposed by a court in Moscow for violations of Russian law. Enforcement proceedings were initiated after the company failed to pay the assigned amounts voluntarily.

According to the materials of the bailiffs, one of the proceedings was initiated in May 2026 after the issuance of a writ of execution in the case of non-compliance with the instructions of Roskomnadzor. Another proceeding for the recovery of 4 million rubles was opened on April 28.

On June 30, the Tagansky District Court of Moscow fined TikTok 3 million rubles for violating the requirements of the law. According to the decision of the organization's instance, an administrative fine of 3 million rubles was imposed.
