Newborns in the Murmansk region will receive a certificate for a photo shoot

In the Murmansk region, families with newborns will be given certificates for a professional photo shoot. The campaign will be launched in the fall of 2026, according to the press service of the regional Ministry of Labor and Social Development.

According to Deputy governor Alexandra Kondaurova, the new measure will allow young parents to preserve memorable moments of the baby's growing up, and photographers will receive compensation for the services rendered.

The nominal value of the gift card will be 5 thousand rubles, writes the Bi-port news agency. Recipients will be able to use the services of specialists included in a special registry.

Earlier it was reported that a new payment will be introduced in the Murmansk region for families with children. Working parents with two or more children under the age of 18 or under the age of 23 can apply for social assistance if the children study full-time.
