A male pedestrian died as a result of being hit by an SUV in Primorye.

In the Mikhailovsky district of Primorsky Krai, a male pedestrian was killed as a result of an SUV collision. This is reported by the regional State Traffic Inspectorate.

The hit-and-run occurred on July 29 on the 2nd km of the Mikhailovka–Ussuriysk highway. According to the traffic police, a 22-year-old Honda Vezel driver hit a man who was walking along the edge of the roadway.

As a result of the accident, a pedestrian, a 59-year-old man, received various injuries from which he died, writes IA PrimaMedia. The circumstances of the incident are being established.

It is noted that the collision occurred at night on a wet asphalt surface. There was no lighting on the road.

On July 24, an elderly man was killed in Khanty-Mansiysk as a result of a truck collision. It was previously established that the driver of the dump truck started moving in the courtyard of the house and, not being sure of safety, hit a man.
