A new flagship office "My Documents" will be opened at VDNKH
A new flagship office, My Documents, will be created at VDNH, Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin announced on his Maks channel.
"The new flagship will have spacious waiting areas, a children's play area, additional services and self—service areas for electronic services," Sobyanin wrote.
The building dedicated to the flagship office is awaiting reconstruction, the mayor said. The roof and facade will be updated there, engineering systems will be replaced and interior finishing works will be carried out. The premises are also being adapted for people with limited mobility.
The office is scheduled to be completed in 2027, the mayor said. It will also become a regional public services center for residents of the Ostankino district.
The first modern center "My Documents" was launched in 2011 in Lefortovo, Sobyanin recalled. Currently, there are 139 public service centers in Moscow, including eight district flagship offices and the Palace of Public Services.
More than 10,000 specialists work in the Moscow offices of My Documents. Every day they help residents of the capital to receive over 300 public services.
