Yerevan plans to resolve the issue of the concession for the management of the Armenian railways in a friendly atmosphere with Moscow. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan announced this on July 30.
"In a friendly atmosphere. <...> If there is a disagreement, we will discuss it in arbitration," TASS quoted him as saying to reporters.
