Employees of the District Administration of the city of Yakutsk were evacuated after an anonymous report about the alleged mining of the building. This was reported on July 30 in the press service of the administration.

"An anonymous message about an allegedly planted explosive device in the City Hall building at 15 Lenin Avenue was received by the e—mail of the District Administration of the city of Yakutsk," Maks said in a message on the messenger.

It is specified that law enforcement officers, the Ministry of Emergency Situations, ambulances, as well as explosives experts arrived at the scene. The area around the building was cordoned off, and traffic along Kurashova Street from Lenin Avenue to Yaroslavsky Street was temporarily blocked.

Later, the press service of the administration added that according to the results of the examination, no explosive devices or foreign objects were found. The staff returned to their jobs, the work of the administration was resumed and continues as normal.

An evacuation was announced the day before in the press service of the Moscow Paveletskaya Plaza shopping center. All people were urged to leave the building, following instructions from the administration staff and security representatives.
