Four houses using "wet facade" technology will be renovated on Lermontovsky Prospekt

In Moscow, four residential buildings using wet facade technology will be renovated on Lermontovsky Prospekt in the Vykhino-Zhulebino district. This was announced on Wednesday, July 29, according to the website of the Moscow City Hall.

This method has proven itself well and is increasingly being used in major repairs. Work is already underway in houses No. 6 and No. 10, building 1. Specialists are repairing facades and roofs: after cleaning and priming the walls, they install brackets and baskets for air conditioners, insulate the facades with mineral wool, reinforce them with fiberglass mesh, then apply decorative plaster and paint. The entrances are also being renovated, modern double-glazed windows are being installed, plinths and blind areas are being repaired, and roofing is being changed on the roofs.

Similar work is being carried out in building No. 8, Building 1, where the facade is also being renovated using wet facade technology, the roof, entrances, basement and blind area are being repaired, and new windows are being installed in public areas, the Moscow City News Agency reports.

In addition, major repairs using this technology are underway at house No. 12 on Lermontovsky Prospekt. The city management complex added that the regional capital repair program meets the goals of the national Infrastructure for Life project.
