Sobyanin spoke about cooperation between Moscow and the regions in healthcare

Moscow is ready to donate advanced healthcare technologies to the regions. This was announced by the mayor of the capital, Sergei Sobyanin, in his channel in Maks.

According to him, one of such projects is the implementation of EMIAS in St. Petersburg city medical institutions. "26 hospitals have already been connected to the system. The next stage will be the introduction of the regional segment of EMIAS in polyclinics," Sobyanin wrote.

The mayor also spoke about the Smart Hospitalization project, which allows residents of the capital to choose a hospital and the date of scheduled hospitalization online. The project, which was launched in Moscow in March this year, combines the individual stages of planned inpatient treatment, creating a clear and convenient "digital route for the patient — from the polyclinic to discharge from the hospital."

As part of the "Smart Hospitalization", the polyclinic doctor creates a digital application, which is sent to specialized city hospitals. Hospitals, after studying the information, send suggestions to the patient with possible dates for hospitalization or prior consultation. The patient can choose the appropriate option in the application "EMIAS.INFO".

Sobyanin also recalled that three years ago, the Digital Clinic project was launched in Moscow hospitals, as part of which hospitals completely switched to electronic medical documentation. Health workers now record the completion of appointments and procedures by scanning QR codes on identification bracelets, and patients can monitor the progress of treatment online in an electronic medical record.

"The next stage is the introduction of artificial intelligence—based services," the mayor said. "For example, a number of hospitals have a pilot AI service that analyzes data from patients with signs of inflammation around the clock and warns the doctor about the risk of sepsis."
