Lavrov spoke about a miracle that happened to him in his youth

On July 29, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov spoke about a case from his youth, which he called a miracle.

"Suddenly the horses started running when we were already going down. There's a mountain on the right, and a really decent chasm on the left. And one of my friends got carried away, and he could almost knock me down, so by some miracle he managed to stop," the minister said in an interview with the TASS news agency.

In addition, Lavrov confirmed that he is a believer. He was secretly baptized by his grandmother in Noginsk on the banks of the Moskva River, despite the fact that his mother was a communist. The cross has been preserved since then.
