Russia warned the European Union (EU) that it would not be able to control Kiev's actions. This was stated on July 29 by the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, commenting on the Italian mafia's interest in Ukrainian drones.

Earlier, the ANSA news agency, citing Palermo's chief prosecutor Maurizio de Lucia, reported that Italian organized crime is trying to purchase drones similar to those used in Ukraine on the black market.

"We predicted, talked and explained all this, referring to Brussels: "You will never be able to control the monster that you have created," Zakharova said on Sputnik radio.
