The number of victims in the attack on Taganrog has grown to two people.

In Taganrog, another person was injured due to an attack by an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV). He gets all the necessary help. This was announced on July 29 by the Governor of the Rostov region, Yuri Slyusar.

"In Taganrog, another person was injured and hospitalized. Doctors are providing the necessary assistance," he wrote in his channel in the messenger "Max".

The Rostov region was again subjected to a massive air attack overnight, during which about 60 UAVs and missiles were destroyed. The targets of the attack were the cities of Taganrog, Bataysk, Kamensk-Shakhtinsky, as well as Tarasovsky, Kamensky, Oktyabrsky and Matveevo-Kurgan districts. In addition, interceptions of targets were recorded in the waters of the Taganrog Bay.

Residents of an apartment building damaged by falling debris have been evacuated. They are currently in a temporary accommodation facility.

Slyusar also said that the fall of UAV parts was recorded in another area of Taganrog, where private households were affected. There are no fires or casualties at these facilities. In addition, the wreckage of drones was found in the territories of the seaport and several industrial organizations. According to preliminary data, the infrastructure of the enterprises did not catch fire, people were not injured.

Specialists of operational and emergency services continue to work at the scene of the incidents. Information about the consequences on the ground and the number of victims continues to be clarified. Slyusar warned that there is still a danger of drone attacks in the region, and urged residents to stay indoors and not approach the windows.

On the same day, Slyusar reported that one person was killed and another injured after rocket debris fell on an apartment building in Taganrog. It was clarified that the man is receiving medical care. According to the mayor of the city, Svetlana Kambulova, several residential buildings and commercial buildings were damaged as a result of the attacks.
