Medvedev spoke about the good pace of UAV recruitment

About 40 thousand people were accepted into the ranks of the Russian troops of unmanned systems. This was announced on July 28 by Dmitry Medvedev, Deputy Chairman of the Russian Security Council.

"According to the results of the first half of the year, the personnel needs of the armed forces have been fully met. We will continue to improve the efficiency of this work," he said.

According to Medvedev, similar recruitment rates have been maintained in July this year.

As participants of the Victory Day Parade on May 9, the great-grandchildren of the 1945 victors are defending Russia on the same frontiers where their ancestors once fought.

On July 27, Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree establishing the staffing of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation in the amount of 2,426,130 units. This number included 1,535,000 military personnel. The new procedure, as explained, will become effective from August 1 of this year. The changes were made in connection with the creation of military construction units in the armed forces.
