In the Amur region, the company was forcibly recovered from the damage caused to the subsoil. Its amount amounted to almost 17 million rubles. The bailiffs were helped by images from space.

According to PriamurMedia news agency, with reference to the UFSSP press service, the inter-regional department of Rosprirodnadzor made the decision on the recovery. He checked the satellite images and the materials of the arbitration of the Amur region.

The court found that the company had a license only for geological exploration and exploration of deposits, but not for the extraction of precious metals. However, after analyzing the satellite images, the experts saw signs of open-pit mining that coincided with the company's drilling operations.

Thus, the agency concluded that gold was mined on the leased site without a proper license, which caused damage to the subsoil.

The bailiff Service initiated enforcement proceedings, and the company's accounts, special equipment, cars, and office equipment were seized. As a result, the company fully paid for the multimillion-dollar damage.

At the end of May, it was reported that in the Amur region, a large subsurface user was accused of causing damage to aquatic biological resources. Commercial Port of Blagoveshchensk LLC was ordered to compensate for the damage caused to the Zee River. It was found that the company had a negative impact on the aquatic ecosystem when mining gravel and sand rocks in the Svobodnenskiy district. The company did not carry out mandatory compensation measures for the restoration of biological resources.
