Zelensky to meet with British Prime Minister Burnham at a military base

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky will visit the United Kingdom, where he will hold a meeting with Prime Minister Andy Burnham. This was reported on July 27 by The Guardian newspaper.

"[Zelensky] will meet with Burnham on Monday at the naval base where Ukrainian forces are being trained," the statement said.

According to the newspaper, the negotiations will take place at the naval base, where Ukrainian military personnel are being trained. During the visit, Zelensky and Burnham will also meet with British and Ukrainian military personnel participating in joint training programs.

As The Guardian notes, joint defense developments may become one of the key topics of negotiations. In particular, the parties are expected to discuss the Stone Cloak electronic warfare system, which is designed to be installed on drones and other military platforms.
