KAMAZ cancelled a four—day holiday in August - October

Sergey Kogogin, CEO of KAMAZ, abolished the four-day part-time workweek regime established by a decree in March 2026. The press service of the Naberezhnye Chelny auto giant announced this on July 27 in its Telegram channel.

According to the company, the production plan has been adjusted upward, as an increase in the volume of orders for the coming months has been recorded. This was achieved thanks to the measures taken by the company to develop sales, expand the range of K5 vehicles, and stabilize the Russian truck market, according to KAMAZ.

"There are enough volumes to work in a five-day working week. The average daily production rate will be 160 machine kits," the company noted.

As reported by KAMAZ earlier that day, the company's employees started working after a two-week paid corporate vacation. It was originally planned that its duration would be three weeks, but it was reduced to two amid an increase in orders.
