Forecaster predicted short-term rains in Moscow this week

Variable weather is expected in the capital this week with short-term rains and warm nights. This was reported to Izvestia on July 27 by Tatyana Pozdnyakova, a leading expert at Meteonosti.

"We're going to have such unstable weather this week. The weather will be determined by the atmospheric fronts of the cyclones," the forecaster noted.

On Tuesday, there will be short-term rains in places, the minimum temperature will be 15-17 degrees, during the day the air will warm up to 25-27 degrees. On Wednesday, there will be more rain, clouds will increase, the night temperature will drop to 14-16 degrees, daytime — to 21-23 degrees.

Atmospheric pressure will increase slightly on Thursday, short-term rains are possible at night, and precipitation will remain in most of the region during the day. The minimum temperature will remain high, with daytime temperatures ranging from 20-25 degrees.

On Friday and Saturday, the weather will be controlled by the crest of the anticyclone. Partly cloudy weather is expected without precipitation, the nights will remain warm — 13-18 degrees, daytime temperatures will rise to 23-28 degrees. The weather in early August will please Muscovites with stability and a comfortable temperature.

Heavy precipitation will cover Central Russia over the weekend, flooding is possible in some places.

The head of Rostov-on-Don, Alexander Scriabiu, announced on July 26 that 14 kindergartens and 16 schools were damaged in the city as a result of the hurricane. According to him, the consequences of the rampant disaster are being eliminated in the territories of educational institutions. The roof was damaged in four of them, windows were broken in two more, and fences were damaged in four of them.
