Polish Defense Minister accuses Navrotsky of lying about Patriot complexes for Ukraine

Polish President Karol Nawrocki knew about the supply of American Patriot missiles from the republic to Ukraine, despite his public statements to the contrary. This was stated on July 27 by Polish Defense Minister Wladyslaw Kosiniak-Kamysh in an interview with the Wirtualna Polska portal.

The head of the department stressed that he would not allow spreading lies or arranging "political performances" on issues on which the ministry is making every effort to fully inform the head of state. Kosinyak-Kamysh explained that the president's representative attends the weekly meetings of the security committee, where decisions are made on military assistance to Ukraine.

"I personally talked with the president about this topic, and NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte also discussed this with the head of state," the minister added.

According to him, Navrotsky "turns the situation upside down," although he was privy to the arms transfer process in detail.
