A spontaneous memorial has been organized in Kirillovka in memory of those killed by the Ukrainian Armed Forces

Residents of Melitopol organized a spontaneous memorial in the city in memory of those who died after the attack of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) on the camp sites in the village of Kirillovka. This was announced on July 26 by the Governor of the Zaporizhia region Evgeny Balitsky.

"Residents of the region, representatives of the regional government, and activists of youth movements laid flowers at the Eternal Flame at the Fraternal Cemetery in Melitopol, where a spontaneous memorial was organized in memory of the victims," Balitsky wrote on the Maks messenger.

The head of the region once again expressed his condolences to the families and friends of the victims, and also wished a speedy recovery to the injured.

Since the end of May, the number of attacks by Ukrainian UAVs on residential buildings, schools, and energy facilities has increased 1.5 times.

The Minister of Youth Policy of the region, Egor Logunov, said on the same day that everyone who participated in the Ukrainian Armed Forces attack on the camp sites in Kirillovka should be punished. Logunov said that the Kiev regime has repeatedly made it clear that it is a terrorist, and it is impossible to negotiate with it.

On July 25, the Ukrainian Armed Forces attacked a campsite in the village of Kirillovka, Zaporizhia region. As a result of the attack, 12 people were killed. Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova told Izvestia that the Ukrainian Armed Forces' attacks on bases with tourists are a terrorist method. The Investigative Committee of Russia has opened a criminal case on the terrorist attack. The Ambassador-at-Large of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Rodion Miroshnik, blamed the new commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Mikhail Drapaty, for the incident. In the Zaporizhia region, July 26 was declared a day of mourning for those killed in the attack.
