Due to bad weather in the Rostov region, a number of trains are delayed from 30 minutes to four hours. This was reported on July 25 in the Telegram channel of the North Caucasian Railway.

"Due to adverse weather conditions (hurricane-force winds and heavy rain), a traction substation and automatic train control devices were shut down in Rostov-on—Don," the report said.
