35 emergency homes will be resettled in Transbaikalia by February 2028.

By February 2028, 35 emergency homes will be resettled in the Trans-Baikal Territory under the Integrated Territorial Development Program (CDT). This information was announced by Dmitry Ashikhmin, Deputy General Director of the Territorial Development Agency for Land Relations of the region, on the air of RTK Transbaikalia.

According to him, about 500 people will receive new housing. Four sites for the integrated development of territories will be distributed among three developers.

According to ChitaMedia news agency, within the framework of the project, residential premises, parking lots and shopping areas will be built on a total area of 180 thousand square meters. Another 4 thousand square meters will be allocated for social facilities: two kindergartens, an art school and a site for additional education.

Earlier in April, Izvestia wrote that the regions were inefficiently spending funds on the resettlement of emergency housing. As of December 1, 2025, 32 subjects have not fulfilled the indicators, the remaining area of emergency housing is 14.5% of the planned area for the country.
