The groom was injured when an APU drone crashed near the registry office building in Belgorod.

Drones of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) attacked Belgorod again, as a result of which at least one person was injured there, as well as civilian objects and cars were damaged. Izvestia publishes footage from the scene on July 23.

"[The drone] attacked civilian targets, cars were hit, one was definitely wounded, he was assisted by medics who were nearby and employees of Orlan," described journalist Alexei Stopichev.

The video shows that the injured man was sitting on one of the benches in a nearby park. The man was surrounded by relatives who tried to cheer him up. One of those present pointed to the place where the tragedy occurred.

In addition, various fragments of the crashed drone and damage to a civilian car are visible. A piece of glass broke through its roof and landed in the immediate vicinity of the child safety seat, which was empty at the time.

Later, law enforcement agencies told TASS that the injured man turned out to be the groom, who was leaving the building of one of the city's registry offices with the bride. The agency's interlocutors added that fragments of Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) caused the bride's wedding dress to catch fire. The flames were extinguished, but the girl herself was not injured.

Since the end of May, the number of attacks by Ukrainian UAVs on residential buildings, schools, and energy facilities has increased 1.5 times.

On the same day, the Governor of the Voronezh Region, Alexander Gusev, announced the death of a three-year-old boy during an attack by drones of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on the region. The parents of the deceased, according to the head of the subject, received injuries of varying severity. A 19-year-old boy was also injured.
