Branded ice cream "Moscow" was presented in the capital. This was reported in the press service of the city Tourism committee on Wednesday, July 22.

"The project continues to develop urban collaborations that combine recognizable symbols of the capital, local traditions and vivid impressions of traveling around the city," the Moscow City News Agency quotes the message.

The most popular flavor is classic ice cream according to a unique recipe. In the near future, the range will be replenished with new products, including chocolate ice cream, creme brulee, sundae with strawberry jam, and chocolate chips.

Branded ice cream is already available in parks and other popular tourist areas of the city. It can be purchased in more than 140 locations in Moscow.

In turn, Alina Azizova, a general practitioner at the Sberbank Health medical company, told RT that there is no unequivocal harm from ice cream for sore throats. Moreover, cold can temporarily reduce pain and discomfort when swallowing: with sore throat, inflamed throat tissues can be swollen and painful, so cooling the mucous membrane can temporarily reduce the sensitivity of nerve endings and make swallowing more comfortable.

The day before, it was reported that a resident of Moscow ordered 288 servings of ice cream on July 1, which became the largest order for this dessert since the beginning of summer. The buyer purchased cones with crushed cookies and ice cream with raspberries and bananas, Moscow 24 clarifies.
