DOM Bank.Russia has increased its corporate business portfolio by 86%
DOM Bank. The Russian Federation increased its portfolio of corporate loans to large companies by 86% over the year. As of July 1, the portfolio amounted to 531 billion rubles. The increase was achieved by financing both companies and investment projects in various sectors of the economy, the bank said.
"Over the past six months, we have significantly increased our loan portfolio, while focusing on its quality. Our clients are enterprises from the TOP 100 companies in Russia from various fields - from retail to industry," said the Deputy Chairman of the Board of DOM Bank.Russian Federation Alexander Aksakov. He noted that the bank is ready to act as partners in high-tech projects that will help improve products for the domestic industry within the framework of programs for technological sovereignty and structural adaptation of the economy, already loans a number of projects and continues to actively develop this segment.
The growth is also due to the development of the bank's investment products and structural financing, DOM.RF emphasized. Thus, the ZPIF "Financing residential Real estate-1" with the possibility of participating in project financing became in demand among investors: the debut issue of 1 billion rubles was fully implemented, which served as the basis for an additional issue of another 1.5 billion rubles. Almost half of this issue has already been implemented, the bank said.
DOM Bank. The Russian Federation created the Corporate Investment Business unit in June 2025. The block focused on working with clients outside the construction industry. Currently, the bank provides a full range of banking services for large companies from various sectors of the economy.
