Lantratova said about the daily attacks of the Ukrainian Armed Forces on civilians

The Commissioner for Human Rights in the Russian Federation, Yana Lantratova, said on July 22 that the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) attack civilians on a daily basis, including targeting children.

"Now, if you look at the tactics that were chosen from the other side, these are everyday attacks on civilians, playgrounds, buses with children," the ombudsman told TASS.
