The State Duma adopted amendments to the tax Code to stabilize fuel prices

The Russian State Duma has adopted in the third reading the law on amendments to the Tax Code of the Russian Federation. The measures are aimed at stabilizing the situation in the fuel market. The relevant document was published on the Internet portal for legislative support on July 21.

The draft law provides for the exclusion from the corporate income tax base of income and expenses of administrators of incentive programs for international companies related to the acquisition and transfer of shares for the purposes of such programs. The amendments will affect articles 251 and 270 of Part two of the Russian Tax Code.
